The breakfast here is delicious, with a nice variety of juice, pastries, and yogurt, and the location is very convenient.

The service was excellent, including a rich breakfast with fresh fruit and different breads and pastries. The staff were well organized and extremely helpful and kept the place spotless. The location was exceptionally nice there, in town.

The restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner, I tried hot dishes. The location was marvellous and beautiful: all the main shops and supermarkets were within walking distance. Btw, went to city centre, located at a short distance from the hotel.

It was a fairly nice stay for 3 nights. The location in a downtown area was marvellous and there were main stores and a supermarket nearby. I often went to Don Pancho to pick up some food.

The staff was the nicest we met during our trip to Argentina. We enjoyed the fact that we could have a lunch box during our excursions. The restaurant was excellent, we went everynight, the food is delicious and the staff really really nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in their suggestions for making the most of our limited time. Service in restaurant was excellent and breakfast (included) was first rate.
Room was too hot for comfortable sleeping, even with outside air at 45 degrees F. No air conditioning. Also, there was considerable noise from adjacent rooms.

The holiday was functional for the ease of access to the glaciers and other tours. Breakfast was served from 6am which is useful for early morning tour stars. The service of packed luch is good.

The staff was excellent and always very helpful. I also liked the location of the hotel. We took tours to the National Glacier Park and Torres del Paine and enjoyed these very much. The hotel has good food at resonable prices.
It was very hot in our room and took a long time to cool down.

Nice ambiance,the room was very pleasant and comfortable with beautiful lake views.
Location is farther to the center of town than it appears in the map; taxis are not easy to find and when the patagonian winds start blowing it turns into a challenging walk
